At the Michigan Electric Cooperative Association’s annual meeting, March 31, in Grand Rapids, member co-ops approved revisions to the organization’s bylaws, including a change that reduces the number of people on the board’s executive committee from five to three.

The bylaws were changed to modernize and simplify MECA’s corporate structure, provide flexibility in managing its affairs, and better reflect how the Association functions today. Visit to read the full set.
